Ecoliance Rheinland-Pfalz e.V. meets BITO Campus GmbH in Meisenheim

On 17 June 2020, Louise Gubanski and Tamara Breitbach from Ecoliance Rheinland-Pfalz e.V. met with Katrin Ramlow and Richard Haxel from BITO Campus GmbH. The aim of the meeting was to find areas of cooperation between the privately financed start-up centre and the environmental technology network.

Since 2017, BITO-Lagertechnik Bittmann GmbH has opened a start-up centre in the former primary school in Meisenheim: the BITO Campus. Founders of new businesses, start-ups, young entrepreneurs, diploma and doctoral students are supported here to realize their ideas. The BITO Campus offers an accelerator program, premises, cooperation partners, financing opportunities and of course access to the international network of BITO-Lagertechnik Bittmann GmbH.

The following fields of cooperation were found: Ecoliance Rheinland-Pfalz e.V. can learn from the BITO Campus in the field of start-up support. How sustainable management can be implemented in companies in the long run is a future topic for both actors. The cooperation is to be concretised with a workshop on sustainable management in autumn 2019.
